Agata Klimczak

Agata KLIMCZAK is a visionary leader and social activist whose life story embodies the „Living Legacy” of the Polish diaspora. Born and raised in Oświęcim, Poland, she sought new perspectives and opportunities during the communist era, eventually emigrating to Canada in 1989.

Starting from scratch in a new country, Agata evaluated her education in Tourism and Hospitality to build a successful, multi-decade career in the marketing and business sectors. In 2014, she founded the Brilliant Minded Women Organization, which expanded into a non-profit Foundation in 2016. Her primary mission through the foundation is to be „part of the solution,” providing essential scholarships and mentorship to young women across North America.

A passionate mentor, Agata believes in building „future leaders” by equipping them with the practical skills—teamwork, philanthropy, and leadership—necessary for global success. Her work stands as a testament to the power of respecting one’s culture while embracing a multicultural, global identity.
